Highly Valued Property

Buy and sell properties in Youkai Mountain until you earn enough money to buy the mountain itself before the time runs out. Originally made for the Touhou Station Game Jam 2021.

Properties are listed randomly, and their prices fluctuate wildly. Try to buy one when its price is the lowest. If you don't buy it, it will be delisted, but it may appear again later. After buying a property, try to sell it at the right time to earn the most profit. Accumulate gains and try to reach the goal as fast as possible.

Properties are grouped into three tiers (copper, silver, and gold), each one more expensive than the last.

The game is inspired by an old flash game called "Mansion Impossible".

The jam version used free jam-only music, so I had to remove it to upload it on itch.

All art, programming and sound effects by yours truly. Uses the Gravity Pixel Font Pack by jotson, edited to add some accents.
